Update: 9/8/2009. Today, a Google search on "oeste family history" came up with the above document (with cover) in the #4 position (at least for me). Google did the work (don't they do everything?) of converting from PDF to HTML - kind of spotty but not bad for the cost (free). Here's a capture of the HTML.
